We are looking for a Product Manager with strong experience in Banking SaaS platforms, specifically within the Credit Management ecosystem.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building, scaling, or managing credit products such as Credit Cards, BNPL, Credit Lines, Lending Platforms, or Embedded Credit solutions. They should possess a deep understanding of the end-to-end credit lifecycle and have worked either within a B2B SaaS platform serving financial institutions or directly within a fintech/bank managing credit products at scale.
The Hats You Will Wear
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for credit management solutions including Credit Cards, Credit Lines, BNPL, and embedded lending products
- Work closely with banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and ecosystem partners to design and launch scalable credit programs
- Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
- Translate complex lending and credit requirements into configurable, scalable SaaS product capabilities
- Drive platform capabilities across underwriting, onboarding, loan servicing, billing, repayments, collections, and customer management
- Collaborate with engineering teams to build flexible credit infrastructure, decisioning frameworks, and workflow engines
- Work closely with compliance, risk, operations, and partner teams to ensure regulatory and operational readiness
- Optimize customer journeys across origination, servicing, repayments, and collections
- Analyze product performance, portfolio behavior, and platform adoption to identify growth and optimization opportunities
The Perfect Fit
- 3 - 5 years of Product Management experience
- Strong exposure to Banking SaaS, Lending Infrastructure, or Fintech platforms
- Experience building or scaling Credit Cards, BNPL, Credit Line, Consumer Lending, or Embedded Finance products
- Deep understanding of the credit lifecycle including onboarding, underwriting, decisioning, disbursals, billing, repayments, collections, and account closure
- Experience working with configurable product platforms serving banks, NBFCs, or fintechs
- Strong understanding of lending operations, risk controls, and credit program management
Your Edge Over The Rest
- Experience building B2B SaaS products for credit management or lending infrastructure
- Understanding of RBI regulations governing digital lending, co-lending, and credit products
- Familiarity with LOS, LMS, rule engines, underwriting systems, and decisioning frameworks
- Knowledge of ledger systems, repayment orchestration, reconciliation, and settlement flows
- Experience working with credit bureaus, fraud systems, KYC providers, and risk platforms
- Strong understanding of APIs, platform architecture, and SaaS product design principles
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity
- High ownership mindset with a bias for execution and outcomes
- Ability to balance business goals, regulatory requirements, and customer experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business, technology, risk, and banking teams
