Key Responsibilities
Provide L1 / L2 IT support for employees
Troubleshoot and resolve networking, Wi-Fi related issues
Administer and support Google Workspace (user management, groups, policies, security)
Manage identity and device access using JumpCloud
Handle MacBook management & troubleshooting, including:
System diagnostics & issue resolution
OS reinstall / formatting
Performance troubleshooting
Application & configuration support
Maintain accurate asset & inventory management (laptops, accessories, licenses, etc.)
Support onboarding / offboarding of employees (device setup, access provisioning)
Coordinate with vendors or service providers when needed
Required Skills & Experience
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, Wi-Fi, and firewall concepts
Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration
Experience with JumpCloud or similar IAM / device management platforms
Solid experience supporting macOS / MacBooks
Good knowledge of IT asset management practices
Ability to diagnose and resolve user issues efficiently
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
